A hearing was held Tuesday in 4th Judicial District Court in Sheridan on a Motion to Withdraw the Guilty Plea of Defendant Steven Kruger, who previously plead guilty to Felony Child Abuse and two misdemeanors, Child Endangerment and Unlawful Use of a Controlled Substance.

An autopsy conducted Tuesday morning in Billings, Montana on the Sheridan man found lying in the road this weekend has revealed the cause of death. Sheridan County Deputy Coroner Kevin Sessions confirmed that 26-year-old Kelly Eugene Claar died from hypothermia.
