Firefighters Union Files Lawsuit Against City

The local firefighters union has filed a lawsuit against the City of Sheridan over pay wage increases.

In early April, the Sheridan City Council voted unanimously to uphold the decision by City Human Resources Director Heather Doke to not grant 5% wage increases for 6 firefighters from Sheridan Fire-Rescue.

FFA members get ready to present the colors at Guardians of the Range fundraiser.

Over 100 people attended the first annual Wonderful Wyoming Fundraiser held at the Historic Sheridan Inn Friday night. All proceeds went to benefit the non-profit group called Guardians of the Range.
