The Civic Theater Guild of Sheridan is hosting auditions for aspiring actors to be in this fall's presentation of “Angel Street” by Patrick Hamilton. Rehersals begin shortly after auditions and the presentation will be through the month of October.

Commissioners to Consider Septic System Permit Fee Waiver

Last week Sheridan County hosted three public meetings to inform and educate people living within 100 meters of the Goose Creeks about water quality in the creeks and their tributaries.

The Sheridan City Council spent over an hour Monday night debating a proposal to lease a lateral grinder and excavator for the disposal of construction and demolition material at the City Landfill.

A request from Sheridan resident Ken Hart to rezone 2.6 acres of land at 600 KROE Lane from B-1 Business to M-1 Industrial was tabled by the Sheridan City Council at their July 16th meeting. The item was removed from the table Monday night and approved on first reading.

The Primary Election in Wyoming is now just two weeks away. Sheridan County Elections Director Brenda Kekich says that some of the polling places withing the County have changed.
