Budget Constraints Limit Ability to Plow Every Sheridan Street (Photo by Ron Richter)

When a storm hits in Sheridan, the City's street crews have a priority of plowing the main thoroughfares to allow emergency vehicles to operate and ensuring routes to our public schools safe for travel.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The supplemental budget bill approved by the Wyoming Legislature this week calls on state agencies to prepare detailed plans in coming years for possible future funding cuts.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A bill that would make it clear Wyoming public high schools can offer elective biblical study courses has been endorsed by a divided Senate Education Committee.

The panel voted 3-2 in favor of House Bill 130. The bill now goes to the Senate floor for consideration.

Last weekend, February 8th and 9th, the Buffalo High School Forensics team participated in the Rapid City Tournament hosted by Stevens High School.
Many of the students did very well, and the team took the Second Place Sweepstakes Trophy in the small school division.

More testimony was offered up Friday at the jury trial for Sheridan resident Miranda Mraz, who's charged with Felony Larceny for stealing money from the Eagles Club on 5th and Main in Sheridan. Sheridan Media's Ron Richter was there and has the latest.
