CODY, Wyo. (AP) - Law enforcement in Park County is investigating the discovery of a mutilated body as a homicide. The Park County Sheriff's Department says the headless body of a man was found at about noon on Thursday by a man hunting ducks with his son.

Kenneth DeCock, the prosecuting attorney for Johnson County, issued his January news release this week, saying his preparations for the Lindstrom trial in December prevented him from sending one out last month, so he would condense November and December's information into this release.

The final hurdle to taxiway and apron work at the Johnson County Airport was lifted when the County Commissioners accepted and signed the final grant from the Wyoming Department of Transportation at their Tuesday meeting.
