Officials with the City of Sheridan have already begun looking at the budget numbers for the upcoming fiscal year which begins July 1.

Powder River Energy Corporation issued a news release Thursday that advises their members to be wary of scammers posing as collection agents demanding payment to avoid disconnection.

A man from Wyarno driving a Chevy Silverado crashed into a train last night that crosses a state highway about seven miles east of Sheridan in Sheridan County. 43-year-old Daniel D. Twohy died at the scene. The crash report was released this morning by the Wyoming Highway Patrol.

Sheridan Memorial Hospital's Hospice of the Big Horns provided hope and health for 55 local patients and their families last year.

The vision of a daycare facility for senior citizens came one step closer into view Tuesday, with the Sheridan County Commission's sponsorship of a Community Development Block Grant.

A teary-eyed Cindy Boyd, standing alongside her father, Roger “Pat” Killworth, accepted the Business of the Year award Wednesday from the Sheridan Chamber of Commerce.

The Better Business Bureau that serves Wyoming and northern Colorado issued a statement this week warning consumers to beware of Craig's Car Center, which is an online pre-owned truck dealership that claims to be located in Casper.

The Wyoming Business Council recently reviewed guidelines for its Trade Show Incentive Program to create more clarity on eligible expenses.
