CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming Supreme Court has decided not to reconsider its decision in the state superintendent of public instruction case. The court announced Friday that it denied state Attorney General Peter Michael's petition for a rehearing on a split 3-2 vote.

Several people stopped by the library in Sheridan Thursday night to see the plans for the reconstruction of the Lewis Street Bridge, which will change the entrance to the library, and reconfigure surrounding streets like Alger and Marion.

One of the most successful church affairs of the year occurred at the Methodist church last night. A banquet to Methodist men was served by the Adelphians. Sixty-two men sat down to tables that were beautifully decorated with red and white carnations, and lavender sweet peas.
