Circuit, District Court Focus of 'You Be the Judge'

A circuit court case and two from district court were the focus of the first night of “You Be the Judge” Tuesday as members of the audience became judges for a night at the Sheridan County Courthouse.

The Sheridan City Council Tuesday held a special meeting to approve the guaranteed maximum price of $4.25 million to Dick Anderson Construction for the Sheridan Senior Center Food Service and Remodel project.

16th Annual Pet-O-Ween is Saturday

The 16th annual Pet-O-Ween pet costume contest to benefit the Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter will take place Saturday morning at the Kendrick Park band shell. Registration for the costume contest begins at 10 am, with the contest itself beginning at 11.

Free Legal Advice Clinic at Senior Center

As part of National Pro Bono Week, the Sheridan County Bar Association and the Sheridan Senior Center are offering a free legal advice clinic Wednesday from 5 to 7:30 pm at the Senior Center.

‘You Be the Judge’ Tonight and Thursday

The first of two “You Be the Judge” events will be held tonight at 6 in the Circuit Courtroom of the Sheridan County Courthouse. The events are designed to educate people on the purposes and responsibilities of the Wyoming Judicial System.
