No School for District #2 on Monday

Sheridan County School District #2 will be having a teacher in service training day on Monday and there will be no school. Classes will resume on Tuesday.

Chamber, Senior Center to Host Candidate Forums

The Government Affairs Committee of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce will host two candidate forums next week. On Tuesday, the forum will include candidates for state representatives, U.S. Representatives, county commissioners, Sheridan City Council and Sheridan Mayor.

SLIB Board Approves Funding for WYO Performing Arts and Education Center in Sheridan

In April, the State Loan and Investment Board approved $500,000 for preliminary work on the Hallmark Building at the corner of Main and Brundage Streets in Sheridan. At that time, the City of Sheridan had requested $2 million to renovate the Hallmark building and integrate it into the WYO Performing Arts and Education Center.
