P&Z Rules No Need For Special-Use Permit For Maze

The Buffalo Planning and Zoning Commission ruled that a special-use permit was not required for an existing business to install a maze on their property, which includes a small shop and a putt-putt golf course.

Last October, the Sheridan City Council allocated $60,000 to the Downtown Development Campaign, which is an initiative through the Downtown Sheridan Association that offers incentives to building owners in the downtown area to make improvements to their buildings.
