Sheridan County’s 4th Judicial District Court Judge John G. Fenn set an October trial date for 26-year-old Sheridan resident Kieran(Kear-En) Cowan after he pleaded not guilty to one felony charge at his arraignment hearing Tuesday morning.

Van Buskirk’s Bond Change Request Denied in District Court

During 18-year-old Leo Van Buskirk’s arraignment hearing Tuesday morning in Sheridan County’s 4th Judicial District Court, his Defense Attorney requested that Judge John G. Fenn change his bond from $2,500 cash only to a $2,500 cash or surety bond.

24 Year Old Arraigned on Four Felony Charges

On April 5, 24-year-old Natalie Webb was arrested and has since been charged with 4 felonies. On Tuesday morning she appeared in Sheridan County’s 4th Judicial District Court to be arraigned by Judge John G. Fenn. All 4 counts were drug related and Webb pleaded not guilty to each of them.

Kennedy Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges

31 year old Dustin Kennedy appeared in Sheridan County’s 4th Judicial District Court Tuesday morning for his arraignment which was presided over by Judge John G. Fenn. Kennedy is being charged with 5 counts that are all felonies.

Commissioners Award Bid for Wildlife Fence at Airport

The Sheridan County Commissioners awarded the bid for the wildlife fence project at the Sheridan County Airport to SWi, LLC of Powell, in the amount of $470,620. Airport Manager John Stopka said that they received a total of 7 bids for the project.
