Graveside services for Virginia Winingar, 86 year old Buffalo resident who passed away January 2nd at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, will be held this spring in Willow Grove Cemetery in Buffalo, on a date to be announced. Visitation for Mrs. Winingar will be held on Monday, January 6th from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. from the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo. Donations in Mrs.
Ramona Jean Kukuchka, 84, of Sheridan, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Ramona was born April 1, 1929 in Sheridan, WY to Thomas Strutzman and Kathryn Ann (Zucca) Strutzman.
Mass of Christian Burial for Paul Holkup, 60 year old Buffalo man who passed away suddenly Saturday evening at his home in Buffalo, was celebrated on Saturday, January 4th at 10:00 a.m. from the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Buffalo with Father Pete Johnson as celebrant. A vigil service and time of sharing was held on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. the Catholic Church.
Loretta June Alleman Telford, 79, of Sheridan, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 30, 1934 in Pierre, SD to parents Ivan Carlyle and Genevieve Catherine (Graham) Alleman.
As an only surviving child June spent her childhood years helping her parents work the family farm that her grandfather had homesteaded outside of Pierre SD.
Glenn Dale Fairbank passed away on New Year’s Eve, 2013. Born July 15, 1932 at the Reynold’s House in Sheridan, Wyo, Glenn was the youngest of 3 children born to Annie Krezelock Fairbank and Claude A. Fairbank. His childhood was spent on a farm on Prairie Dog Creek a few miles from Sheridan. The family struggled through hard times due to the Great Depression.
