Katherine Barbara “Kay” Fradet, 100, of Sheridan passed away peacefully at her home on July 6, 2015, surrounded by those who loved her. On May 7, this year, Kay celebrated her 100th birthday with a well attended open house celebration at her home. She was so happy and had such a wonderful day!

Mary Elizabeth Rhodes was born in Casper, Wyoming on September 11, 1923 to Elizabeth Harte Doherty and James J. Doherty, Irish immigrants, and passed away on July 6, 2015. She graduated from Natrona County High School then attended the University of Wyoming, Washington University in St. Louis and Sheridan College. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She was the eldest of five siblings.

On the day after he celebrated the independence of this country; a country that he fought so valiantly for during two wars, Leslie “Les” Calvin Hofto, 88, of Sheridan was called away to his next assignment in Heaven. It seems so fitting that this patriotic naval officer would get to live through one more Independence Day.

A memorial service for Jeannette (Lily) Daniels will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26th at Dayton Community Church, 210 Bridge Street, Dayton, Wyoming. Friends and Family are invited.
