John Guthmiller, Jr., 90, of Gillette, Wyoming entered the Kingdom of Heaven to be with his wife Gladys, after an extended illness. He passed away at the home of his daughter, Kathy, in Buffalo, Wyoming, surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held at the Goglin Funeral Home in Tripp, South Dakota, on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life for June Shambaugh, 97 year old Buffalo resident who passed away February 11, 2018 at Amie Holt Care Center in Buffalo, will be scheduled later in the summer at a time and place to be announced. Donations in Mrs. Shambaugh’s memory may be made to the Shriner Children’s Hospital in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo.

Melvin Meharg Heckman, known as Mel, was born on October 14, 1923 on a farm near Fleetwood, Pennsylvania and baptized in the local Lutheran Church. Mel worked on the family farm and while delivering newspapers, he read about the European Conflict of World War II. When he turned 17 he enlisted in the US Navy.

Mark Rexroat, 66, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018, at the Westview
Health Care Center.
