Lady Broncs are Headed to & take State (updated)

The 4A East Regional Champion Sheridan Lady Broncs are again packing their bags for a trip south - this time not as far as Cheyenne as their destination is the Casper Events Center for the Class 4A - 2011 State Volleyball Tournament. Sheridan took on Riverton on Court 4A at 3:00 pm Thursday. Then Sheridan took on Campbell County on Friday at 4:30 pm.

And when all the dust of the state tournament had settled the Lady Broncs came out on top beating Laramie in the Championship match 22 -25, 29-27, 25-16, 28-26 to bring home the 4A Championship Title.

The highway into Big Horn is lined with volleyball signs, one for each of the Lady Rams' team members, as they prepare to leave for the Class 2A - 2011 State Volleyball Tournament. The Lady Rams will be on Court 2A of the Casper Events Center Thursday at 6:00pm, in first round action, taking on the Lady Bobcats from Thermopolis.
