Marcy Cunningham and Justin Hanmerich teamed up for two terrific rounds of mixed roping at the Thursday night Sheridan Cowgirls Association Rodeo. Marcy and Justin turned in a 1st round of 7.02 (shown here) and then followed it up, in near darkness late in the evening, with a 7.10 to take home 1st Place honors in front of 23 other couples in mixed roping.

On Fordyce Field @ the Polo H Club for the 1:00 pm match on Thursday, Gillian Johnston, wearing the number 1 for the Bendabout team, breaks away from the field and hits this shot to score goal #4 for her team late in the 5th chukker. In the end the Bendabout team couldn't overcome the 2-goal handicap of the Little Owl team as the final score was 8 to 4.
