Keystone Awards

The 5th annual Keystone Awards were held Thursday night at the WYO Theater in downtown Sheridan. This year's honorees were Kim Love, Mary Kraft and Barbara Walter. Proceeds from the event go toward the services provided by the Sheridan Senior Center.

State Women's Bowling Tourney Gets Underway

The 69th annual Wyoming Women's State Bowling Tournament kicked off Saturday at Cloud Peak Lanes in Sheridan. State Senator Dave Kinskey, Sheridan Mayor John Heath and local bowler Loi Brewer threw out the ceremonial first balls of the tournament Saturday morning. The tournament will continue every weekend through May 10.

Sheridan Health Center Receives the 'Big Check'

Posted in

Members of the Wyoming Community Foundation, the Sheridan-Johnson Community Foundation, Frackelton's, and Sheridan Media, presented a "big "check" in the amount of $9,886 to representatives with the Sheridan Health Center. The money was raised March 23 during the "Dining for a Cause" event at Frackelton's Restaurant in downtown Sheridan.
