Riding for the Christmas Wish Campaign.

The 4th Annual Christmas Wish Motorcycle Poker Run took place Sunday. Nearly 30 Bikers rode to Big Horn, Dayton, and Ranchester, and raised over $1100 for the Sheridan Media Christmas Wish Program, which helps local people in need during the holidays.

Jim Gatchell Museum Receives WYCF Grant

Sylvia Bruner, Director and Jennifer Romanoski, Educator of The Johnson County Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum accept a grant check in the amount of $3,985.15 from board members of the Sheridan-Johnson County branch of the Wyoming Community Foundation. This money will be used to republish four historic walking/driving tour brochures that are distributed throughout the Buffalo area.

Sylvia Bruner, Director and Jennifer Romanoski, Educator of The Johnson County Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum accept a grant check from board members, Nic Smith, Cynthia Gray, and Wendy Martin of the Sheridan-Johnson County Branch of the Wyoming Community Foundation.

Dining for a Cause Benefits SHS Clubs

Monday's Dining for a Cause at Frackelton's restaurant in downtown Sheridan raised $14,295.25 for the Sheridan High School We the People and Sheridan Computer Clubs.

The Joe and Arlene Watt Foundation donated $10,000 in matching funds to go along with over $8,000 from 11 other matching donors in the community. The total funds raised that will be split between both clubs is $32,545.25.
