The Sheridan Troopers opened a tournament in Powell Friday with two victories.

They opened with a 10-1 win over Lovell and came back to beat the Billings Halos 6-5.

The Troops now stand at 26-4 overall and will continue play today in Powell.

They play Williston, North Dakota and Powell today and finish up the tournament with a game against Cody Sunday.

The Troopers next home game will be Tuesday night when the host a conference game with the Casper Drillers.

It's a single nine inning game starting at 5:00 the game can also be heard live on 14-10 KWYO.
