The Tongue River Eagles football team hosted Lusk Friday afternoon in Dayton. The Eagles fell behind Lusk early in the game as the Tigers scored two first quarter touchdowns to jump out to a 13-0 lead. The momentum shifted in the second quarter, as Tongue River scored to cut the lead to 13-7 and were driving late in the first half when a fumble ended the drive. Lusk, as they did all afternoon, capitalized on the Eagles mistake and scored just before the half to extend their lead to 21-7.

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs play at Rock Springs tonight the First Federal pregame show starts at 5:30 with kickoff at 6:00 on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM ESPN radio.

Broncs Head coach Don Julian says it's a long day on the bus and the Broncs must get off to a fast start.

TONGUE RIVER FOOTBALL - It's Homecoming at Tongue River high school today, the Eagles play Niobrara county we will broadcast the game live on KWYO and 87.7 FM kickoff will be at 1:00.

High School athletes from Buffalo and Kaycee have a busy schedule, mostly on the road this week.

In football, the Buffalo Bison, winless so far this season, will play at Rawlins tonight. Kickoff is set for 7pm.
Kaycee's Buckaroos football team will host Midwest on Saturday.
