BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs play at Cheyenne South tonight we will have the game for you live on 14-10 KWYO and 87.7 FM, the First Federal pregame show will start at 5:30 with kickoff at 6:00.

It's a big game for both teams, Broncs Head coach Don Julian says they want to end the regular season with a good performance to build momentum going into the playoffs.

And to get that done Julian talks about the keys to victory.

State X-country Preparations begin / Big Football week begins Thursday with the Broncos in action

STATE X-COUNTRY - Sheridan high school will host the all class state cross country championships Saturday there will be six races,

Preparations for the event started Tuesday as we caught up with Sheridan Head coach Art Bauers on a windy afternoon up at the VA as the course for this year's championships was set up, Bauers says the set up this year should be very fast for all the .runners.

Bauers says his Broncs and Lady Broncs look good as they prepare to end their season Saturday.

State X-Country Saturday in Sheridan / Regular season football and volleyball ends

STATE X-COUNTRY - Sheridan high school will host the all class state cross country championships Saturday there will be six races beginning with the 3-A girls final at 10:30, the final race will start at 1:10 that's the boys 4-A final.

Looking ahead, the most important thing, the weather for Saturday looks perfect with 76 degrees expected Sheridan high school Art Bauers. And preparation this week is all about being your best on Saturday.

Weekend Local sports wrap up

BRONC FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Broncs dropped a 24-0 decision to Natrona county Friday. The loss gives the Broncs a 6-2 record heading into final week of the regular season Head coach Don Julian says they knew they were up against a very tough team.

And he talked about his message to the team after the game. They play at Cheyenne South Friday night.

BIG HORN FOOTBALL - The Big Horn Rams handled Newcastle 49-14 and move to 7-0, Sheridan Media's Ron Richter has the game wrap up.

Bison Cross Country Boys Take Conference Crown

Buffalo and Kaycee high school athletes had a busy weekend again and one team came home with some hardware.

The Buffalo High School cross country team traveled to Glenrock this past weekend and the boys came back with the Absaraka Conference Championship, according to reports from BHS.
