November 30th

MWC Football Championship / Wyoming Post Season Football Honors / Cowboy Hoops v DU Tonight

MWC FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME - The Wyoming football Cowboys host San Diego state Saturday night in the MWC championship game we will have the game live for you on KWYO and 87.7 FM ESPN radio Cowboy pregame will start at 4:30 with kickoff at 5:45.

Monday Cowboy Head coach Craig Bohl was named the Mountain West conference coach of the year and Natrona county high school graduate Logan Wilson was named the MWC freshmen of the year in all ten Cowboy players were named to All-conference teams.

SC Generals / Lady Generals Home This Weekend / Cowboy Basketball v DU Wednesday Night / MWC Football Title Game Saturday Night at the "War"

SHERIDAN COLLEGE HOOPS - The Lady Generals are 9-2 overall the Generals stand at 8-2 both teams are back at home this weekend with tournament games Friday and Saturday games times will be at 1:00, 3:00, 5:00 and 7:00 both days.

The Lady Generals will play Northwestern Colorado and Dawson CC the Generals will play Dawson CC and Presentation college from Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Lady Generals Head coach Frank McCarthy says the Lady Generals have done well in the first month of the season.

Cowboy Football will Host MWC Title Game / Broncos Fall in OT / 2016 High School Winter Sports Start Today

WYOMING COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming football Cowboys were soundly beaten Saturday night at New Mexico 56-35 it was a game the Pokes were never in.

They knew going into the game they had already qualified to play in the Mountain West championship game with Boise state's loss to Air Force and they played like a team with nothing really to play for after the loss Cowboy Safety Andrew Wingard.

Lions Club Hoop Tournament Continues / Cowboy Football at New Mexico Tonight / Broncos v Chiefs Sunday Night

COLLEGE HOOPS - The 42nd annual Sheridan Lions Club Basketball classic continues today at the Hoffman Dome.

The Wyoming Cowgirls play at Drake Sunday afternoon tip off is at 1:00 live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Pokes play at New Mexico tonight you can hear it on KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame starts at 7:00 with kickoff at 8:15.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos host Kansas City in Sunday night football, we will broadcast the game live on KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame starts tomorrow at 4:30 kickoff is at 6:30.

42nd Annual Lions Club Hoop Tournament Tips Off Today / Cowboy Hoops at Cal Tonight / Cowboy Football at New Mexico Saturday Night

GENERALS / LADY GENERALS BASKETBALL - The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals host the annual Sheridan Lions club Thanksgiving tournament games are all day today and tomorrow early session games will be at noon and 2:00 the Lady Generals play at 4:00 and the Generals go at 6:00.

The Generals are 6-2 overall and are coming off a great road win at Northeastern Colorado Monday night, here's Head coach Matt Hammer.

SRD Board Meeting / Cowboy Hoops Fall at Pacific / Sheridan Lions Club Basketball Tournament Tips Off Friday

SRD - The Sheridan Recreation District board held their November meeting Tuesday Rec district Director Richard Wright says they have a new Christmas break activity for kids this year.

Sheridan County Football Players Dominate 2016 All State Selections / Cowboy Hoops at Pacific University Tonight

4-A ALL STATE FOOTBALL - The Sheridan Bronc football team will wrap up the 2016 football season tonight with their post season championship team banquet at Sheridan high school, Head coach Don Julian.

The Broncs had several players selected for the 4-A all-state team on the offensive line Andrew Boint and Blayne Baker, Quarterback Drew Boedecker, running back Kyle Custis and wideout Coy Steel.

On defense Steel, Zach Gale, Hayden Hastings and Drew Boedecker, Sam Smart was the all state kicker and Steel was the all state return specialist.

Cowboys Take Down SDSU / Cowboy / Cowgirl Hoops Post Victories / Sheridan Lions Club Hosts Annual Hoops Tournament This Weekend

COWBOY FOOTBALL - The Wyoming football Cowboys knocked off their second ranked opponent of the season Saturday holding off San Diego state 34-33 the Pokes are 8-3 overall and won all six regular season home games here's Head coach Craig Bohl.

The Pokes had to stop an Aztecs two point conversion with no time remaining in regulation to preserve the victory.

Cowboy's Quarterback Josh Allen says they had the confidence to get the job done late in the game.

Cowgirls Post Another Victory / Cowboy Football and Basketball Have Home Games Saturday / Broncos off Sunday They Host Kansas City on the 27th

SC HOOPS - The Sheridan college Generals basketball team play on the road this weekend at a tournament in Casper they will play Colorado Northwestern today and Eastern Wyoming tomorrow then down to Sterling, Colorado Monday for a game at Northeastern Junior College.

The Lady Generals are 6-1 after posting a 76-72 road win at Eastern Wyoming Wednesday they host their own tournament with a game tonight and tomorrow they will play tonight at 7:00 and tomorrow afternoon at 3:00.
