The echoes of “pull” followed by shotgun blasts were the sounds of the day at the Sheridan County Sportsmen's Gun Club on Saturday as the 9th annual RENEW Shoot Out was held.

The largest fundraiser of the year for RENEW, CEO and president Chris Ahlstrom knows the importance of this fundraiser.

The trap shoot included 2 rounds of shooting 25 clay pigeons with the top adult shooter taking home the first place $1000 cash prize.

Kelly Gooch is the IT Director for RENEW. His chance at taking home first place honors looked pretty slim considering his first round score.

It was all for a great cause. Ahlstrom explains the vital role RENEW plays.

Sixty-five shooters took part in the event.
