An ATV crash victim was rescued Thursday morning after plunging 75 yards down an embankment on a trail near the town of Story at an 80-degree slope.
The information's coming from Sheridan Fire-Rescue Captain Gary Harnish. Patient details were not made available because of HIPPA privacy regulations.
He said his crew was called out at about 8:30 to Penrose Trail Head in Story to help firefighters from Story, members of the Rocky Mountain Ambulance service and the Sheridan County Search and Rescue team.
