Big Horn Mountain Festival This Weekend In Buffalo

This Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Buffalo will be hosting hundreds of music aficionados during the annual Big Horn Mountain Festival.

This year marks the 14th festival and will feature artists from around the country and some local favorites performing at the Johnson County Fairgrounds July 20th, 21st, and 22nd.

This year's festival will feature John McEuen & The String Wizards.

Festival co-organizer Paul Jarvis said in a release, "McEuen was a founding member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and brings us his current band, the String Wizards. He heads a great lineup of eight outstanding bands for 2018. We have several Wyoming bands and some great young talent.”

Also performing during the three-day festival are Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen; Bryan Bowers; The Two Tracks; Prairie Wildfire; Jeff Troxel & Brian Wicklund; Jalan Crossland; and The High Country Cowboys.

Friday Performances begin at 1 in the afternoon.
Saturday workshops and performances begin at 11 in the morning. Sunday Performances will begin at 11am.

There will also be workshops, demonstrations, instrument raffles, camping, food, refreshment, and arts and crafts vendors at the festival.

Tickets are $105 for a full 3-day pass; $50 for Friday only; $65 for Saturday all day or $40 for just an evening pass; and $30 for Sunday only.
