Blood Draws This Week in Buffalo For Health Fair

Buffalo residents can have their blood drawn this week and Kaycee residents later this month for health screenings for the upcoming Johnson County Health Fair, which is scheduled for next month.

The blood screenings are performed at discounted rates, through a cooperative effort between the Johnson County Healthcare Center and Wyoming Health Fairs.

There are many tests to choose from, including a full blood chemistry profile to a Hemoglobin A1C blood glucose test to a general health assessment.

Results from the screenings can be picked up at the Health Fair at the Johnson County Fairgrounds on Saturday, March 4th from 9 to noon.

This blood draws in Buffalo will be today through Friday, from 7 to 10 in the morning at the Johnson County Fairgrounds' Community Building.

Blood draws in Kaycee will be Wednesday, February 15th and Thursday, February 16th from 7:30 to 9:30 in the morning at the Kaycee Clinic.

Wyoming Health Fairs recommends fasting for 12 hours prior to your blood draw, unless you are diabetic. They also want patients to drink plenty of water and take any medications as usual.
