Brinton Museum Offers an Audubon Weekend

Classes on pollinators and garden tours are in the offering over the weekend at the Brinton Museum in Big Horn.

A lecture on bees and hummingbirds will be held Saturday morning, starting at 10, followed by a garden tour of the grounds at 1. Box lunches for purchase from the Brinton Bistro will be available. Then on Sunday, the afternoon lecture will be on Audubon Rockies and the Habitat Hero Program, again, starting at 1. Admission to the museum is $10 or $8 for students and seniors. Museum members will be admitted free of charge.

Also on Sunday morning, free to the public, is a tour of the Emerson Community Garden and Diane and Lloyd Marsden’s home garden. That starts at 9. Anyone planning to take the tour is asked to meet at the Landon’s Greenhouse and Nursery in Sheridan.
