Brinton Museum Winter Updates

The Brinton Museum recently announced that its new winter hours will be from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday with the museum being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Brinton Bistro is open for lunch on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and for Sunday brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Bistro is now also open for dinner on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Most evenings will be a la carte; however, on Friday, Nov. 18 there will be a multi-course dinner with Black Tooth Brewery seasonal beer pairings.

Birding at the Brinton will take place every third Saturday with the next birding event on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 9:00 a.m. This event is open to the public free of charge and all levels are welcome.

The museum will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 24 for Thanksgiving and Friday, Nov. 25, but the Museum Store will be open during dinner on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

On Saturday and Sunday Nov. 26 and 27 the Museum Store will hold a Christmas Sale with discounts on regular and seasonal items. All sales will benefit the museum’s operations and the museum will offer free admission to view its exhibits on these days.

Opening Sunday, Nov. 27, the Brinton Museum will present to the public its 26th Annual Holiday Show ”Dimensions of Nature” which features wildlife paintings from Powell artist Mark McKenna and bronze and stone sculptures from Cody artist Jeffrey Burnham Rudolph.
