Candidates, PACS Must File Finance Reports

Secretary of State Max Maxfield says state law requires candidates, candidate committees, and political action committees (PACs) to file a post-general election campaign finance disclosure report by November 14—a law that applies to all non-federal candidates.

According to Peggy Nighswonger, State Election Director, the Receipts and Expenditures Report is to be filed within 10 days following the election.
