Council Updated On Snider Ditch, Golf Course Agreement

Buffalo City Attorney Ben Kirven, during his report at a recent city council meeting, said the Buffalo Municipal Golf Course had finished lining the Snider Ditch section that crosses their property.

Kirven explained that he is working on two separate agreements concerning the ditch.

Also giving a report to the council, City Building Inspector Toby Rhoades said the Planning & Zoning Commission had approved a variance request for a property at 296 Williams Avenue, which will come before the council at their October 18th meeting for their consideration.

Rhoades said the building department has issued 65 building permits since the first of July, creating $13,048.35 of revenue for the city.
Ninety percent of the building permits issued were for new roof projects, according to Rhoades.
