Crews Respond to Weekend Structure Fire

At approximately 5:47 pm on Saturday, crews from Goose Valley Fire Department, Sheridan Fire-Rescue, Rocky Mountain Ambulance, and the Sheridan County Sheriff's Office responded to 442 Big Goose for a reported structure fire.

According to a news release from Sheridan Fire-Rescue, once on scene, crews found an approximately 2000 square foot shop building heavily involved with fire.

Crews remained on scene until almost 11 pm to complete suppression and overhaul operations. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Temperatures during the fire were 20-25 below zero.
