With the change in how many hours a day their is light, along with the weather conditions getting colder, many people can lose sight of their fitness goals according to local health coach Erin Nitschke. Nitschke talked about this while she was a guest on our news talk show Public Pulse last Thursday.

Nitschke explained that fitness doesn’t have to be totally consistent everyday.
