Expo Helps Vendors Improve, Grow Their Small Business

The 14th annual Johnson County Small Business Expo happened this past weekend, with roughly 50-plus vendors in one location to showcase their goods and services and to help their businesses grow.

Buffalo Chamber of Commerce CEO Angela Fox said the turnout for the Friday night and all day Saturday expo was good, and explains how the expo can help small businesses who attend.

This year's expo featured diverse vendors such as Flour Power Custom Desserts, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Doggone Pest Control and Mountain Meadow Wool, all in one location at the Bomber Mountain Civic Center in Buffalo.

Prizes were given away including an Amazon Echo and a tablet computer, with vendors giving away many other prizes as well.
