Finalist Named for the Sheridan Start-Up Challenge

The Sheridan Start-Up Challenge, which is a competition sponsored by the Wyoming Technology Business Center that encourages local entrepreneurs to come forward with their business ideas, has revealed their five finalist competing for three $5,000 prizes and access to a $50,000 seed fund. WTBC Sheridan Area Director John Dick talks about the finalists.

Dick said that 14 industry’s were represented in the pool of over 65 submissions. He also shared the next steps to the competition.

Dick said that the WTBC wants to continue working with the other people that submitted for this contest as well as any other residents that are thinking of starting their own business.
