Recently, three local entities collaborated to transfer ownership of a group of properties. Sheridan City Councilman Patrick Henderson explained that Sheridan College, the Osborn Family, and the Sheridan Economic and Educational Development Authority, better known as SEEDA, were the parties involved in the land swap.
Councilman Henderson shared who ended up with each property.
Henderson believes that the reshuffling of the properties will greatly benefit each organization as well as the individuals living in Sheridan County.
