Koltiska Pumpkin Patch Opens for its 12th Year

Just east of Sheridan, there is a 5 plus acre field full of pumpkins of all size and color. The Koltiska Pumpkin Patch opened its field for the 12th year to the public Wednesday according to owner Vicki Koltiska.

After several years of selling to the IGA store, they had to find an alternative way to sell the pumpkins.

Pumpkins are $7 a piece regardless of the size and you can head out to the patch from 3-6pm on Wednesdays-Fridays or from 12-6pm on weekends. The patch is located just east of town on fifth street. Once you pass the visitors center, look for an orange sign to the right and follow them all the way to the site.
