KWYO Named Small Market Radio Station of the Year

The National Association of Broadcasters is the premier advocacy association for America’s broadcasters. During the NAB Marconi Awards ceremony, held in Dallas, Texas this past week, KWYO was named the Small Market Radio Station of the Year. Every year, the NAB hosts the event to honor radio stations and personalities that go above and beyond in serving their communities and providing excellent radio. Bob Grammens, General Manager of Sheridan Media explains the significance of winning the Marconi Award.

KWYO first aired on July 9th, 1934 and was Sheridan’s first radio station. KWYO and Sheridan Media continues to evolve and grow in order to serve the Sheridan area more effectively. Grammens talks about what the Marconi Award means for Sheridan Media going forward.
