The Sheridan Community Land Trust held their annual open house Tuesday night at the Loft in downtown Sheridan. The open house was a celebration of the Land Trust turning 10 years old as well as an opportunity to thank the people that helped the organization get where it is today. The open house was also a chance to provide a construction update on Red Grade Trails Project. Land Trust Executive Director Colin Betzler.

Betzler said the Land Trust continues to fund-raise the final 10 percent of the parking areas project, which is estimated at $220,000.
