State Representative Rosie Berger of Big Horn was a guest on Tuesday’s news talk show Public Pulse, where she discussed how a turnover in the legislature and an uncertain mineral revenue future is prompting policy changes for lawmakers.
Berger said that the “elephant in the room, is the cost of education”.
