A Look Back in Time: April 26, 1916

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on April 26, 1916.


Dolph Yonkee went to his ranch near Parkman today. He will remain there for several days.

County Assessor John X. Morris went to Clearmont today on business. He will return tomorrow.

Miss Calter's dressmaking parlors have moved to West Burkitt street in Sheridan.

John S. Cole, director of dry land agriculture in the west, arrived in Sheridan last night and has taken offices in the federal building. Work will start immediately on improvements at the dry farm station on Dutch creek eight miles east of the city. Plans for the buildings were received today, and bids will be opened on May 2.
