A Look Back in Time: April 6, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on April 6, 1919.


Sheridan county, with more than 4,800 school pupils, will receive more than $34,700 from the common school land fund of the state for 1919, according to the apportionment of the fund which has just been made in Cheyenne. This is the largest apportionment for any county in the state.

The silo and dairy trip planned for Monday will be postponed on account of the storm and bad roads.

George McDonald of Big Horn is in Sheridan today on matters of business. Also in Sheridan today is Walter Snow of Ranchester.

Grace E. Maisner is visiting in Sheridan from Arvada today.
