A Look Back in Time: April 8, 1919

Now here's Sheridan Media's look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on April 8, 1919.

Good roads meetings in eight different localities surrounding Sheridan are to be held in the near future under the auspices of the good roads committee of the Commercial Club. The purpose of the meetings is to urge the passage of the good roads bond issue.

The Settle Feed & Grocery Co. at 30 West Loucks has high grade seed for garden and field.

J. Elmer Brock is in Sheridan from Buffalo today.

Mrs. Minnie Silsbee has purchased the F.C. Poll residence and is planning interior decorating and other improvements. She will keep roomers and boarders.

Morgan Scoonover is here from Ranchester for a short trip.
