Madsen Gives Farewell, Thanks To Buffalo Council

Scott Madsen

Buffalo City Councilman Scott Madsen took a few moments at the end of their last meeting to thank the council for his appointment and the chance to serve, and thanked those in the community for their support.

Mayor Randy Dyess said he needed to be at the next council meeting to approve the minutes and “take his sign,” meaning his name plate on his desk.

Mayor Dyess thanked Madsen for serving on the council and then reminded him their were always boards and other jobs he could serve on should he wish, even joking about helping with cleanup of some air conditioners from city property in the future.

The council will swear-in new council member Dave Long and have the ceremonial change of seat at their meeting this week.
