GLENROCK, Wyo. (AP) - A Casper man accused of kidnapping and sexually abusing a Glenrock toddler has been sentenced to prison. Robert J. Parks has received concurrent sentences of to 44 to 50 years for first-degree sexual abuse of a minor and 60 years to life in prison for aggravated kidnapping.
The sentences will run concurrently.
Parks entered Alford pleas to the charges in May. In entering an Alford plea, he didn't admit guilt but acknowledged prosecutors likely had enough evidence to convict him of abusing the girl in 2012.
