The Met Opera Live Presents Verdi’s La Traviata on Saturday

During the month of March, the Sheridan WYO Theater will present two performances from the Met Opera Live. The first show will be this Saturday and the performance will be Verdi’s La Traviata, according to the WYO’s Executive Director Erin Butler.

One of the most exciting parts about this event according to Butler, is that the performance is happening live in New York as the attendants are watching. She said that the performance is shot from several different camera angles.

Butler said that this way of viewing the Met Opera is unique in more ways than one.

This Saturdays performance will start at 10:55am. This show is one of only four remaining shows that are left in this Met Live season. The other three shows will be performed on March 25, April 22, and May 13. Each of those shows will be a different Opera. For more information or to buy tickets go to
