The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality recently determined that Ramaco Carbon’s Brook Mine, which would be located in Sheridan County, permit application be revised and resubmitted. Randall Atkins, Ramaco’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, released this statement in response.
Atkins said the next step in the process will be a meeting with the DEQ that should happen within the next several days.
