Recruitment and Disciplines Among Topics Discussed at UW Listening Session

As Sheridan Media previously reported, the President of the University of Wyoming, Laurie Nichols, was in Sheridan last week to hold the final of a series of Listening Sessions that were held around the state over the past couple of weeks. Nichols said that among the topics discussed in Sheridan’s session, were recruitment and disciplines.

The feedback gathered is being used to help determine the future of the University. Nichols mentioned that, although hard to hear, the comments that were negative are necessary for UW to move forward in the right direction.

We will have more information on how the other Listening Sessions in the state went and what UW plans to do with the feedback that they gathered in a later story.
