The Wyoming State Board of Nursing opened meetings Monday afternoon in Sheridan with a report by Jennifer Burns on the American Nurses Association code of ethics.

Cynthia LaBonde, who's the state board's executive director, said this is one of the board's quarterly meetings.

The Monday meeting, which convened at 1 p.m., adjourned at 4:45 p.m. for dinner and a tour to the Brinton Museum in Big Horn.

Tuesday's meeting will start at 8 a.m. and is taken up with committee meetings and conference reports, according to Board President Marge Christiansen.

She said there's also a consent agenda on a few legal issues that the board needs to address.

The board has also scheduled a session to start at 8 a.m. Wednesday if needed.
