Wyoming House Candidates Share Their Main Reason for Running

Candidates for 3 seats on the Wyoming House of Representatives participated in a forum at the Sheridan Senior Center Tuesday night. Each candidate shared the main thing that they would like to affect if elected into the House. Val Burgess, the Democratic Candidate for House District 30, is concerned about the state of the economy.

Her Republican opponent Mark Jennings is mostly concerned with budget issues.

Republican Mark Kinner is running for House District 29 and he is also concerned about the state's finances.

His Democratic opponent Sandra Kingsley thinks education is a very important topic.

Bo Biteman, the Republican Candidate for House District 51, would like to protect the Wyoming way of life.

His opponent Democratic Hollis Hackman is focused on keeping public lands in public hands.

All six candidates were on hand during the forum to answer questions from the audience.
