Bronc / Lady Bronc Basketball Close out the Energy Classic Today / Cowgirls Win at AFA / Broncos v Raiders Sunday

BRONC / LADY BRONC BASKETBALL - The Lady Broncs dropped their second straight game at the Energy classic tournament 58-46 against Lynwood, California they close out the tournament today against Westchester high school from Los Angeles, California.

The Broncs dropped a 70-65 decision against Battle Ground high school from Vancouver, Washington today they end the tournament against Liberty high school from Las Vegas, Nevada.

Next week both teams will play three games in Cheyenne at a tournament their opponents will be Casper Kelly Walsh, Green River and Rock Springs we will broadcast all six games live on KWYO and 87.7 FM.

COWGIRL BASKETBALL - The Wyoming Cowgirls opened conference at the Air Force Academy last night and came away with a 66-54 victory former Sheridan Lady Bronc and Cowgirl Senior Haley Ligocki had 10 points and 3 assists in the win the Cowgirls are now 9-3 overall and 1-0 in the MWC.

COWBOY BASKETBALL - The Wyoming basketball Cowboys hit the road to play at UNLV tomorrow afternoon we will have the game live on KWYO and 87.7 FM pregame starts at 1:30 with the tip at 2:00.

WRESTLING - The Bronc wrestlers get back on the mat Tuesday with a home dual with Billings west high school JV's will go at 5:00 the varsity matches will start at 6:00

RAMS / EAGLES BASKETBALL - The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles along with the Big Horn Rams and Lady Rams will resume the season next weekend at a tournament in Goshen county games will be played at Southeast and Torrington high schools.

SWIMMING / DIVING - The Bronc swimmers and divers are off until next weekend when they host two events. They host a pre invite meet Friday and the Sheridan invitational Saturday.

TRACK AND FIELD - The Bronc and Lady Bronc indoor track season starts Monday with the first day of practice the first meet will be January 14th in Spearfish, South Dakota.

SC BASKETBALL -The Sheridan college Generals and Lady Generals will get on the court next weekend the Generals will play an all-star team Friday night at 6:00.

The Lady Generals will play a game with an all-star team at the Hoffman dome Saturday at 2:00.

BRONCO FOOTBALL - The Denver Broncos play their last game of the season Sunday afternoon against Oakland Head coach Gary Kubiak says both quarterbacks will get plenty of snaps and the plan is to try a finish the season with a good performance.

Linebacker Von Miller says it's unfamiliar territory for the Broncos not to be looking forward to the playoffs but they want to get the job done Sunday and move onto 2017.
